1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rankaion's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Rankaion provides AI-powered backlink building services including but not limited to:

• AI-powered backlink building to URLs you provide
• Bulk upload of target URLs via CSV
• A client dashboard showing backlinks per URL
• Backlink progress reports and CSV exports
• A free link readiness check for individual URLs

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Our services are offered through subscription plans billed monthly in Euros (EUR). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Starter Plan: €999/month
• Professional Plan: €3,499/month
• Enterprise Plan: €5,999/month

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period
• We offer a results guarantee — if we fail to deliver measurable SEO improvements within 90 days, you may request a full refund

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your website(s)
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI algorithms
• Grant us necessary access to your website for performing SEO services

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our dashboard and services. While we guarantee measurable improvements, specific ranking positions cannot be guaranteed as search engine algorithms are outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Rankaion platform are owned by Rankaion and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you submit through our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rankaion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Rankaion LLC is a company registered in the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
